Self-defense is a combat discipline using the immediate environment and everyday objects to face an aggression, while respecting the jurisprudence of legitimate defense. It is the art of defending oneself, by learning to use the objects at hand as a defensive weapon .

Thanks to a complete teaching method, easily assimilated and accessible to all, you will learn through simple and effective gestures to defend yourself against all types of aggression, to protect your loved ones and to bring help to a person in danger.  

By practicing assiduously, at least once a week, you will develop instinctive self-defense reflexes and learn to evolve in a hostile environment with more confidence.

The MAA offers self-defense courses accessible to everyone from the age of 6, without restriction of sport level.
