Self-Defense is a combat discipline using the immediate environment – with everyday life objects – in order to face an aggression while respecting the jurisprudence of the self-defense. It is the art of defending oneself and to learn how to use objects within reach as a defensive weapon.

Thanks to a complete training method that could be easily learnt and available for all, you will be taught simple and efficient gestures to be able to defend yourself against all types of aggression as well as protect your loved ones, and help other people out in danger.

If you assiduously practice – at least once per week – you will develop instinctive self-defense reflexes, and will grow in a hostile environment with more confidence.

Self-Defense can be practiced by everyone - from 6 years old to seniors - without having any sportive experience.
