The Martial Arts Academy Geneva is not only a reference center for martial arts and combat sports, it is also a cardio and weight training area of more than 250m2 on two main levels:

  • A "upper body " and "lower body" body-building tray allowing the strengthening of the upper muscles (arms, shoulders, pectorals, abdominal muscles...) and to effectively target the lower part (thighs, legs, waist, buttocks...)
  • A cardio area is also available to members. Treadmills, rowing machines, spinning bikes and the latest innovation: theAssault AirBike, a revolutionary bike designed by a team of engineers, athletes and trainers. It's extremely strong, uses air resistance and allows you to work your upper and lower body simultaneously. The workout increases in proportion to the user's effort. The steel structure is designed to accommodate the most difficult and rigorous workouts. 

These zones are arranged to maximize the effectiveness of the training and optimize the results, allowing for a complete body workout. To make the use of each machine accessible to all, simple and descriptive diagrams detail the movements to be performed and the areas of the body worked. MAA instructors are also present to accompany each member in his or her practice. 

Accessible from the age of 18, you will find state-of-the-art equipment from leading brands in their respective sectors, Nautilus, Matrix, TRX, Pavigym. 

OUR FITNESS CLASSES

CROSS TRAINING & CROSS FIGHT TRAINING

Cross Training is a combination of cardio and muscle strengthening that is done in the "Machines" area as well as in group classes. There's nothing like it to get back in shape, improve your reflexes and coordination, slim down and build muscle while practicing a dynamic, energizing discipline that's different from others. 

In Cross Fight Training, we integrate martial arts techniques into this cardio work.

CARDIO BOXE

Cardio Boxing is a class that mixes boxing and fitness movements in a rhythmic choreography. Your instructor will train you in a universe where music, cardio, rhythm and boxing are all one. You will quickly feel the effects of Cardio Boxing on your physical condition while having a lot of fun.

 

These courses are adapted to all, given throughout the week and included in all our subscriptions.
